Best Design

The internal diameter of the Hose and the Pump Rotor rpm, dictate the flowrate that the pump will produce. The quality of our hose is demonstrated by it’s ability to achieve a suction lift of up to 9.5m and its multi-part construction resulting in an excellent life.

As standard we are able to provide our Hose for all makes of Peristaltic Pump from 0.5mm bore to 150mm bore. Common materials are; Natural Rubber, EPDM, Hypalon and Buna Nitrile (Food Grade and Industrial).

Selecting the correct Hose for Your Pump is simple. Call us with the current pump model you have and we will select the correct size and material of Hose for Your application. If you don't know the pump model we can still help if you can let us know the dimensions of the old hose or provide a sample, either way give us a call.

High Precision Ground Hose

Our hose is precision machine ground to the highest tolerances. This ensures that the stress loading on the hose itself and the motor/gearboxes bearings, pump rotor etc. are very tightly controlled within predefined limits.

BEWARE: Other suppliers miss this final crucial machining process, leaving their outer diameter with inconsistent tolerances. This can lead to significant reduction in hose life and all other bearing elements. If the hose you are buying has a supplier Logo wrapped through it give us a call.
